Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a cupcake tin with paper liners.

Combine cream cheese and 1 cup brown sugar in a medium bowl. Gradually add the eggs then stir in the almond flour and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Scoop pastry mixture into cupcake tin; filling about 3/4 of the way.

Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.

Combine the remaining brown sugar and vanilla, and the sour cream in a bowl; whisk together until smooth. Spread sour cream mixture on the top of each cupcake. Return to the oven and bake for 5 minutes.

Let cool then garnish each cupcake with strawberry slices and chopped walnuts.
